An excellent hotel - fantastic location looking right out over the only 'lake' in Scotland. The food if of a high standard, attractively presented and a good selection. Service couldn't be better, and a comfortable and quiet room. What's not to like?

Back for a second time just as good as last time. Food excellent and service very good . We were never rushed indeed lunch lasted 4 hours. Very relaxing.

We arrived without a booking - no problem - they showed us to a room for £70/night inc b&b. Fantastic value. Room was comfortably large and was obviously recently refurbished to a high standard.
