Celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend at the Royal Hotel, Bridge of Allan. Was a bit worried at first as there were two weddings on the same day and I thought that my little party of 70 people would be insignificant and I would not receive as much attention but this wasn't the case. Thomas and his staff were so... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words regarding your 50th birthday held in the hotel this month. We did have one wedding that day at the hotel, however having the two large separate suites allows us to cater for two great parties at the one time. The Argyll and Sutherland Suite is very private with its own bar and... More

We had our wedding in the Royal Hotel, Bridge of Allan a few weeks ago and all I can say it was perfect. The service, food, and staff were all great (especially Thomas - nothing was too much trouble) We have had lots of messages from our guests saying they had a brilliant day/evening. The ceremony, meal and evening reception... More

We were going to Dunblane Hydro for afternoon tea and decided to book a cheap hotel nearby. We got this hotel for £35 for 2 people bed and breakfast. You could not even get a B&B for that price. Dont know how they make any money! Hotel was lovely. Room fresh and obviously redone recently. We had 2 large windows... More

Having been offered a low cost deal on dinner, bed & breakfast for 2,my wife & I booked in here when travelling North,as it was a conveniently located stopover. The hotel is old,and has an interesting background-having `grown up like Topsy` from several different building exploits over time.As a result it is big, rambling, and solid- but nevertheless warm, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly,helpful... There were some mixed reviews on line but I chose to stay in the Royal Hotel for its location. The staff are all extremely friendly and very very friendly and when you go upstairs to the rooms it is clear to see that much work has taken place to modernise and refurbish the Hotel. The room I had was small... More

we were lucky enough to get one of the larger rooms in this hotel with a lovely bay window overlooking the main street.
