went on coach trip arrived ,late staff very good in getting you settled ,..nothing was a problem,food and service was top drawer.hotel spotless ,although never seen amember of room staff all weekend.

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Highland, and along with fantastic weather (for March) thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Having used the Highland before, it was a pleasant return, and was a very good value break with very helpful and obliging staff.

This is my 6th stay at the Highland Hotel so I may be a bit biased, a basic country hotel, with no pretence of stars or awards, but good food, pleasant staff, interesting entertainment and high standards of care by experienced staff, these standards upheld even though the manager was on leave.

Went on Shearings Inclusive break for 5 days with 2 friends. Absolutely wonderful break, yes some of the rooms may be a little tired but they were spotlessly clean. Lovely comfortable lounges .
