My wife and I spent 4 days over the Easter week staying at pinemartin lodge aka as Tomatin lodge ( why 2 names i don't know ) and had a truly wonderful stay. The lodge was superb and perfect for a couple or a family of three, so I can understand why some felt they are a little small if... More

highly recommended, stunning and peaceful location. The accommodation was very clean, furnished to a high standard. Really first class. The site managers were very helpful and sorted out a small problem with the reservation very efficiently. Kids enjoyed the stay also. Remote location - just takes slightly longer for travelling around Aviemore, Inverness location. Overall, we would definitely return.

We stayed in Otter, which is right at the bottom of the park and some fantastic views over the river and all its inhabitants. Basically, its a living / dining / kitchen all in one room with a couple of bedrooms. One double with views and one twin. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms for clothes, etc. On... More

We are really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Otter is a traditional Highland Lodge and as such it is important for us to retain the traditional qualities that a lodge such a this has. While we appreciate your opinion that the lodge seems to be outdated we do have a lot of guests who specifically... More

We stayed in Wintergreen lodge which was listed as Glen Mhor. It was perfect, i have never stayed anywhere like it. It was so comfortable and clean. The little touches were a welcome as the nearest village was 9 miles away, so milk on arrival was very welcoming. The highland shortbread, whiskey and flowers were just a perfect touch to... More

We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is lovely to see that our guests get as much pleasure from the local wildlife and area as we do ourselves. We very much enjoyed having you to stay with us and hope that we will be able to welcome you back to Wildside in the near future.... More

We stayed in one of the three bedroom lodges (Ptarmigan). The lodge was immaculate and very very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic (both bathrooms have bath and shower) - unfortunately both bathrooms are downstairs and it would be nicer if there was a bathroom or loo upstairs as 2 of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs - but just... We stayed a few nights in the Grouse lodge (Premier Dalwhinnie style), which is located at the edge of the small holiday park and is one of the most private lodges as the kitchen/lounge does not look out on to other lodges. The lodge is lovely with a large and comfy sofa to watch the big TV (freesat so enough... More

Just back from three nights at Wildside staying in one of the 3-bedroomed premier lodges (The Grouse). Absolutely loved it. Very secluded. Accomodation was perfect (all mod cons and exactly what you needed 'home from home'. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in on holiday plus the log burner and jacuzzi - very romantic!). And the location great-... More

We stayed in otter lodge. It is the most secluded lodge on the park facing dircetly on to the river and is at the end of the park so we had no other people walikng by. Lodge itself was good, log burner great, staff very friendly and helpful, very clean and on arrival lots of little touches that made you... More

2nd time there and didn't disappoint. Perfect romantic retreat if you want peace & quiet, wildlife and Highland adventures. Surrounding areas are beautiful and completly remote. We came across 50+ wild stags and deer at Loch Killin - just 5mins away from Wildside. What a place! Seeing such amazing wildlife at sunset was so magical..that scene will live with me... More

It is lovely to hear that your second visit to Wildside was as good as your first, we really hope that you will keep coming back to us as it was a pleasure having you. The Stags and Deer are still around Loch Killin at the moment and as such a lot of our guests have been lucky enough to... More

We stayed in the wintergreen lodge, listed as Glen mhor, the lodge was very clean and well maintained, hot tub was lovely even in the cold and snow, log fire burned lovely in the cabin which completes the experience. The peace and tranquil surroundings are great, wild deer all around the area, the night sky on a clear night is... More
