My husband & I recently spent our second visit at The Inch on 18th & 19th May. This visit was just as good if not better than our original one. The staff are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant on both nights & the food was fantastic! We stayed in the honeymoon suite... More

This hotel is a little gem at the heart of Scotland's Loch Ness area. The staff are warm and friendly, always on hand to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We had dinner in the restaurant on our 1st night and it really was outstanding. The hotel accepts pets, we had a dog and there are plenty of... More

We stayed at the hotel from the 21st and 22nd April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the Loch thrown in. We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights and were pleadantly suprised by the quality and presentation of the food. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The... More

This Hotel has either been taken over or sold recently and it is not yet up to standard. Scottish charm was sadly missing as there were no Scottish staff on site. Refurbishment work is underway on the doors to bedrooms but the rest of the decor is tired and worn out. It states in the Hotel information pack that it... More

I love this place. The owner was on premises and was an utterly charming host. No task or request was too much for warm and always smiling Hotel general manager Marian and his wife Mihaela. Chef Paul put on gorgeous local produce, the equal of any London restaurant. Views from the bedroom windows are absolutely world class. Sit in a... More

Booked this through a Groupon deal. Was dubious of such a cheap deal but my oh my what a delightful surprise! This is a small hotel set on a hill about a mile before entering Fort Augustus itself. The staff were lovely, John and his wife Florentina made us feel very welcome on arrival. Our rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean... More

Inch hotel is of the older, country hotel style. Room was good, if slightly tired, but very adequate. The location is perfect, with a great view of Loch Ness. Staff were very friendly and the food at dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. They serve what must be the best black pudding in the world -Munro's.

For a three star small hotel, the £99 we paid for two nights b&b plus bottle of wine on arrival was very good value for money however the listed price was £255 which would not be value for money. The hotel is in a lovely scenic location overlooking the loch and just a short distance from Fort Augustus. Unfortunately we... More
