I've stayed here several times in the past, but never again. I reserved a room with a micro-fridge. The guy at the front desk had an attitude when I asked nicely to be moved to the room I reserved. The first room reeked of mildew. The next room smelled better, but the walls were thin. Breakfast was stale.

The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff is quite friendly and appeared to be willing to assist with any issue that might have arisen. The lobby and our room were very clean. It was quiet and the breakfast was adequate. We will stay there again in the future.

We have stayed at the "Pet Friendly" Microtel Inns on trips to FL and CA and found them the BESTvalue place to stay when traveling, esp. withour small dog. The only reason that this place rates even one dot is that the staff is friendly and they tried to make things right. The problem with this place is that they couldn't. We stayed here when traveling to Florida rooms were clean,beds comfortable,small fridge in room is nice and the price was right.This was the second time we have stayed here and will stay again when traveling through the area.

This is a new hotel with great rooms and beds. If you are looking for a friendly and nice place to stay between Nashville and Chattanooga this is it!

The staff was excelent and couldn't do enough for you to make your stay a pleasure. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Coffee was plentiful and fresh when ever needed. The price good.
