The pub in the hotel was recommended by the ticket guy at the Urquhart Castle. Great fish & chips, very friendly patrons and staff, and very nice microbrew beer. Called in for a Bar lunch, very friendly staff,good food,excellent real ale and dog friendly in the bar. CAMRA Bar of the year 2012. Worth a visit, although the bar could do with an update, but I believe this may be in hand.

Stayed overnight on a groupon deal, couldn't fault any aspect of the stay, great bar, friendly welcome and really good well cooked food. Usually there would be a "but" or "however" absolutely not, real coal fire, dog, ale.... What more could anybody want??

Just visited the pub at the hotel. It was staffed by a very knowledgable and quick witted Scotman. We enjoyed some fantastic food, great drinks and numerous laughs with the bartender. I can see why this won the Highlands & Islands Pub of the Year in 2003 and 2005.
