Cosy, comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Crieff! Frank and Agnes are very very welcoming and breakfasts were delicious. Looking forward to returning for a 3rd visit. Highly recommend Leven House.

Traditional family run homely hotel. Friendly and helpful. No complaints: would go again. We had been about 30+years preciously and the same family were running it. Slight old fashion but we had a lovely room with splendid views. The communal lounge also had fantastic views and a good atmosphere to sit read or watch T.V.

I booked this B&B at the last minute and was allocated the last room. Crieff is an excellent location and this little B&B is located in an very convenient position in the town. The owners were very very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

Four couples stayed here Friday and Saturday. We were attending a wedding in Comrie Croft. We had four very comfortable rooms, the weekend turned out to be very cold.
