Just returned form a two night stay in sumerton b/b, and would like to point out if you like cold rooms and being awoken up very early in the morning by a pack of barking dogs from the kennels run by the same people that run the guesthouse, then this is the guesthouse for you.
My husband and I have just returned from scotland, staying at somerton house b&b.
The owners forgot to say it was like battersy dogs home, at least 20 dogs in runs outside barking none stop.
The house smelt like wet dogs, the breakfast was poor, 2 small slices of bacon, 1 poor quality sausage, dried up scrambled eggs.

Why the owners do not mention that they are Cavalier Spaniel obsessed was obvious as the place smells very "doggy".
Outside our window there were 3 kennels with around 4 dogs per run barking at the slightest noise.
