I think the last time the bedrooms were decorated must have been about 40 years ago. It was so bad it was laughable. The food was good but they were children's portions. We were with David Urquhart so didn't pay the full price which was £100 a night bed and breakfast. Don't touch this dump with a barge pole!

I have just returned from a stay at Willowbank hotel.It was the most enjoyable stay any-where.The staff & cleanliness was 100 percent &food was excellent.I could not fault any-thing.

it was a good hotel evenin meal was nice freindly polite staff was upset bout the breakfast was very poor and the entertainment was not good as had to wait 2 days b4 we had any and we was there for 4 days and there is also no wifi for people who want to use the internet

Stopped 2 nights the first was spent listening to doors banging at midnight and the second night was spent listening to people shouting and running between rooms at 1am. On the plus side this hotel is clean and the rooms are large but that is where the positives end. The decoration does not appear to have been upgraded since the 1970s including the avocado coloured bathroom suite. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was edible but not spectacular

Hotel with 'British' workers (all Scottish). Excellent staff. Food well cooked and tasty. Full marks Rooms very comfortable and clean. No mat in the bath. Bring your own! I wish I was there! I WILL BE BACK Thank you for being there, tom@s
