Lovely property, a nice warm welcome & comfortable room. We only stayed for one night in April, but would stay longer when we visit again, Arran is a lovely Island so will be going back. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit & cerials followed by nicely cooked breakfast if required. There was a drying room round the back of the house... More

I stayed in the Glenartney for three nights on a walking holiday at the end of April. It's a lovely place, good breakfasts and clean room and it was great being able to have a bottle of Arran ale while sitting in the garden in the evening. If I was going back to Arran I'd stay in the same place.

Stayed 25-27 april, Had a great stay at Glenartney, the hospitality was fantastic! Our room overlooked goatfell and brodick bay, which was a great view to wake up to in the morning. The room was cosy, tidy and really comfy. We spent an evening in the lounge, enjoying drinks from the bar in front of the open fire. The full... More

Stayed last weekend with a friend and my dog. Absolutely loved The Glenartney. We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived and was a perfectly sized room. We relaxed in the lounge area one afternoon which is great to be able to either be in your room or the lounge area and feel so at home. For any... More

We had an excellent stay at Glenartney for the Easter weekend, despite the severe weather reports from the week prior. Robbie and Angela were really helpful in ensuring the places we wished to visit were open, and gave great suggestions for local eateries and walks. The B&B is easy to find, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, and... More

Our entire stay on Arran was beautiful and wonderful (in fact, I proposed to my fiancee on the shores of western Arran near the King's caves), but the Glenartney definitely added to the experience. Booking online was very intuitive and fast, and Angela and Robbie were great hosts - very welcoming and accommodating but very respectful of our privacy and... More

We stayed at the Glenartney for 3 nights in September, after arriving on the ferry from Ardrossan Harbour. This geusthouse in located only a few hundred yards from the terminal, from where the local buses also depart. Angela is a gracious and welcoming hostess, and her kitchen staff serve a fantastic breakfast in the large dining room. There are also... More
