Excellent stay in Rowan Tree Cottage. Peace and a perfect setting with wildlife on the doorstep. Enjoyed seeing the deer at the kitchen window.... have never filled the dishwasher and been watched by a deer! We saw a fox each evening and we had some great walks around the farm. Our dog really enjoyed all the smells! Highland cows, sheep... More

We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. It was ready for our early arrival with the towels and robes we requested. There doesn't seem to be an office/ reception so we were a little unsure where to go to. However once we got hold of someone she just said we could head straight up. The lodge is outstanding.... We were looking for a last minute 3 days break whilst up in scotland with our 10 month old. We wanted somewhere that felt miles away from it all but still close enough to get to the beach and to some local towns (with a hot tub) and we found it. They also left quite a bit of stuff so... More

We enjoyed a two night stay in Cherry Blossom in October 2012, we were very impressed with the cottage and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The decor was very tastefull and modern, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the cottage. The hot tub was such a treat and the location of the cottage was... More

We have stayed before in the Silver Birch lodge and absolutely loved it. Perfection!!! This time we opted for a larger cabin to share with 2 friends. Although beautiful, we paid more for essentially an en-suite bathroom, there was no other real difference. The hot tub, although slightly larger then previous, was older, missing back rests, kept shorting out (we... More

We have just had 7 magical days at Balmeadowside lodges, in the Kingfisher Lodge. And although Fife is having problem with flooding . It never effected our stay. This is our 11th visit to Balmeadowside, and never once have we been disappointed . The Hot tub is the icing on the cake, and endless walks with our dog Hamish. Make... More

We have just returned from our second visit to Balmeadowside and had a thoroughly relaxing time. We stayed in the Woodpecker lodge (one of the newer ones) and would say that these are slightly bigger and more comfortable than the original "tree" lodges. The lodge itself was well laid out and we felt that the position of Woodpecker was perfect,... More

We have just returned from 4 days at Douglas Fir. Sorry if Ellie left a bit of a mess on the floor but you can blame Erin for taking us on lots of guided tours of the farm ;) Such a relxing stay and certainly made good use of the hot tub. Not many hot tub places allow dogs and... More

We are eating dinner in the Silver Birch lodge as I write this.... Stayed in the newly refurbished Cherry Blossom Cottage for a week, and had a wonderful time. Cottage has been done up to a very high standard, cannot fault it at all. Lovely walks around the farm, where we saw pheasants, rabbits, butterflies, dragonflies, and of course Erin the black lab, who accompanied us on several walks. The hot tub was... More

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We'll be looking in to additional signs, thanks for letting us know. The farm track isn't the most accesssible road so we encourange all of our guests to use the main site entrance which is accessed from the Newburgh/Cupar road and is signposted.
