Very friendly staff, very dog friendly which is why we went, there was a muck up with our booking but they give us a discount. Food was average considering we waited 30 /40 mins to arrive. I would go back again on a less busier day as it has a local, relaxing feel to the place.

Just had a lovely meal at this delightful establishment. Been here before and it's always a very high standard. We came in and I had steak pie chips and peas. The gravy was to die for and the chips peas and pastry was lovely. My lovely girlfriend, who is a fussy eater wanted something made for her that wasn't on... More

Found this place by accident on a Sunday and arrived starving hoping to have a reasonable meal at almost closing time. We were delighted at the excellent service and quality of the lovely roast beef and vegetables. We would definitely eat there again.

We went to the Aberdour Hotel to have Steak Night as we have a few times now but unfortunately they were unable to fit us in. A very friendly local let us know the Cedar Inns also did a Steak Night so we headed there instead. It was fairly evident why it was not as busy. There was no atmosphere.... More

I have visited here often over the years. We have eaten many times in the restaurant area and stopped off while walking the Fife Coastal Path for a drink in the lounge when chilly or outside in summer. Recently I have acquired a dog and to my delight he is welcome in the bar area. The proprietors could not be... More

I've visited the Cedar for a number of years as it's friendly and cosy. Food is good and the staff are all friendly. Dave the pub dog loves a scratch and someone to throw his ball for him to chase. Good sized car park and a sheltered beer garden. A large selection of drinks, both alcoholic an soft. Haven't stayed... More

A very warm, homely hotel/bar/restaurant. Staff are extremely friendly and they offer great service. The bar and restaurant have a small village feel (which I love) with a contemporary twist. A beer garden which is enclosed from too much wind and is a sun trap in the summer months. It also has its own small car park. Good choice of... More

Another dog friendly gem in Fife. Haven't stayed here but the bar is very welcoming, locals friendly and wet and sandy dogs made to feel at home. We came here after a very muddy walk and the dogs just flaked out in the bar. The pub dog is inquisitive and friendly - no hassle with our two. Food very nice... More
