“Friendly family run but just too dated”

Was very disappointed with this accommodation.No tv, electric shower, coffee facilities, internet in room (really missed having a kettle! and would have liked either tv or internet). Room dusty, carpet in bathroom stained under toilet (very off-putting), huge spiders always scuttling about the place. “Fabulous Countryside Break”

What a wonderful place to get away from city life for the weekend as my husband and i decided to do. A beautiful home and lovely hospitality From Mrs Fraser. “Excellent quintisentially English Bed and Breakfast”

There was only one negative review on Trip Advisor when I was looking to book this accomodation. I am so glad I didn't heed their warning. Newton House is a magnificent old Georgian House situated just on the outskirts of Sturminster Newton. It is an old country house that was refurbished by the current owners from derelict about 20yrs ago.... More

“Potential Guests beware!!”

Having booked a double room for a wedding nearby and paid a deposit our following story should be a warning for others!!
