“Worst B&B value for money in 10 years of staying in hotels and B&B's”

Stayed night of 26th August 2008 in the Elizabeth and Mary room. Car park access via Gough's Close appallingly difficult. Met by the owner who was offhand and bordering on gruff and rude. Showed us to our room but didn't want to give us a room key! No shower in the en-suite just an old whirlpool bath. These days EVERY... More
