Superb service,very welcoming staff,beautiful en suite room recently refurbished. The breakfast standard was the best we have experienced in a hotel of this grade,better even that higher graded hotels. nothing was too much trouble for the two staff we had dealings with-both multiskilled in bar,restaurant and reception duties. The entrance to Haddon House does it no favours. Ugly carpet and dusty plants and a rather musty smell. Pleasant receptionist showed us to our room. first class food, rooms very comfy,service second to none,idealy situated for coastal walks,be sure to eat in,probably the best in west bay.This is probably our sixth visit never been disapointed.There is a nice bar also to have a pre dinner drink (good selection)

Had a nice stay in this pleasent well run Hotel. The food was first class. The staff friendly and helpfull. We have stayed here 5 times and never been disapointent. Generous tea and coffee tray. Large television and comfortable bed. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had.
