Hotel has character, good service and excellent breakfast, views from front facing rooms is amazing. Decor slightly tired but does not detract from character of hotel.

The heating didn't work in January & I was left with a small inadequate fan heater. The sheets were pristine but the beadspread seemed tatty which made me uncomfortable. Our stay was wonderful. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable, tastfuly themed and decorated. Food at the hotel was impressive in quality. Staff couldn't have been better with a special mention for Cassie who was lovely.
