We were made most welcome and enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for Jan 2013 and are taking our friends with us. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it! Looking forward to our return on 'Burns Night'. Good value B.B.

This hotel has so much unfulfilled potential. The views are exceptional and the location is wonderful, unfortunately the hotel doesn't deliver in terms of customer service and is quite unwelcoming unless you happen to be white and furry with black spots! We were booked in for 2 nights in a 'Superior Room' (at £97.50/night) but checked out early. Our superior room had no bathroom door (even worse, had a huge archway into the bathroom!), the view was spoilt by a cigarette-laden balcony with a single, mouldy, plastic chair and rusty railings and to top it all the noisiest sanitary system ever!!!...
