Very friendly place. Superb views of the bay, especially from our room, which had a balcony. Excellent breakfast, which was cooked individually for us and brought to our room. The Blenheim is perfectly situated overlooking the beach and sea, close to gardens, shops, buses and trains. The rooms are well-furnished and maintained, with everything you could wish for on your holiday. Above all, Ann and Alan genuinely care for all their guests - which is why so many return year after year.

Home from home. Had a lovely break last week-end. We visit every year and have stayed in most of the rooms. Clean well equiped, every thing you could possible want. Ann is very friendly and aims to please. Tea made on arrival. Breakfast is brilliant and brought to your room. Can`t speak highly enough of the friendly service.

Pompous owner,thrifty,decor was like walking into a second hand shop and as for the cleanliness....well....disgusting. If it wasn't for the fact we had drove over 2 hundred miles and our room had a fantastic view we would of walked out and asked for our money back..Glad we was out at least 14hrs a day enjoying the beautiful coastlines......no way on... We stayed in the Puffin which was just spectacular. Lots of room, stunning views over Dawlish and the bay, very well equipped, clean and tidy yet homely. Excellent service, fab breakfasts delivered to your door. Very close to all Dawlish has to offer as well as rail and bus links.
