We recently had a short stay here.We were in the Henley Suite. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Tony and Carol made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was superb. The house was lovely and the views across Dawlish were amazing. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Dawlish. Thanks Tony and Carol for a memorable stay.

We stayed in the 'Oxford'. Spotless, huge room with all you need and also a fabulous sea view and close proximity to the town centre. Tony and Carolyn supplying great hospitality. A quality English breakfast of ample proportion if you wished.

This B&B is located on a quiet street above the main town of Dawlish. It has excellent views over the quaint seaside town and water beyond. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The proprietors and friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. I would definately stay there again when in that part of the country.

The house is well situated, with a nice view over beautiful Dawlish, easy to reach both by car or by foot from the railway station. Tony and Carolyn will welcome you in their spotlessly clean home. They are paying great attention to their guests'satisfaction, making a stay at Lammas Park House an enjoyable experience.
