We had a lovely weekend staying at Lammas Park, which we consider to be the best B&B we have ever stayed at! We stayed in the Henley Suite, which was, clean, bright and very spacious. It also has a large (Super King) and comfortable bed, two settees, a excellent shower, and best of all, a great view of the coastline... More

It was great to return for possibly my 15th visit and my husband's 2nd. We love the very roomy and bright Henley suite with its sea view, comfortable settee and armchair, plus table and two chairs. It's brilliant to have the large dressing room/shower, with separate toilet as well. Tony managed to treat us with two days worth of superb... More

Tony & Carol, It was lovely to see you again and sample your excellent food and hospitality. As usual with your very good standard of service we were met on our arrival and never wanted for anything during our stay. You even managed to find some peanut butter for my Canadian partners breakfast. We have never had so much space... More

We recently had a short stay here.We were in the Henley Suite. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Tony and Carol made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was superb. The house was lovely and the views across Dawlish were amazing. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Dawlish. Thanks Tony and Carol for a memorable stay.

We stayed in the 'Oxford'. Spotless, huge room with all you need and also a fabulous sea view and close proximity to the town centre. Tony and Carolyn supplying great hospitality. A quality English breakfast of ample proportion if you wished.

This is a stunningly good B and B. Tony and Carolyn are perfect hosts creating a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and providing delicious, freshly cooked breakfasts. Our suite – the Henley – represented outstanding value for money. It was extremely large, spotless and comfortably furnished with excellent attention to detail. The adjoining shower/dressing room with a large power shower... More

This B&B is located on a quiet street above the main town of Dawlish. It has excellent views over the quaint seaside town and water beyond. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The proprietors and friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. I would definately stay there again when in that part of the country.

The house is well situated, with a nice view over beautiful Dawlish, easy to reach both by car or by foot from the railway station. Tony and Carolyn will welcome you in their spotlessly clean home. They are paying great attention to their guests'satisfaction, making a stay at Lammas Park House an enjoyable experience.

We were originally booked into a nearby guest house but a mix up with double booking meant we were re-directed to this B&B, and we were very glad Tony and Carol were able to take us in at such short notice! Our twin room was beautifully fitted out, with facilities such as TV/tea & coffee making etc nicely incorporated into... More
