Lovely place for a quiet weekend getaway in winter - picturesque (and terribly English) location opposite the churchyard and nice quiet rooms. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great. Nice beer and a generally unfussy and chilled atmosphere. Beautiful part of the country and a great escape.

Great inn to escape to, with warm fires to welcome you downstairs. Very welcoming and cheerful staff. Traditional comfy setting downstairs with an excellent dinner menu which delivered on taste.
