This place is a treat. Clean, comfortable, 3 minute walk to a the charming village, lovely breakfast and a very accomdating and gracious hostess. Nikki is an absolute delight delight! Excellent value.

Very enjoyable stay in a quiet Guest House within 2 or 3 minutes walk of Braunton High St. Food was great and well presented. Nicky is a grat host and her local knowledge a great asset. Well worth another visit.
