Room was well appointed, but unfortunately overlooking the car park. The hotel room felt like it was tiring, not quite the boutique chic standard Ive become accustomed. Staff were very helpful. The honesty bar is a great touch. The most disappointing part was the continental breakfast, the choice was poor, with a little effort more could be done here.

Small, almost private sauna and spa. Hotel quiet and impeccably clean, central to fun town with great shops. Excellent food and service. Four nights of bliss!! We took a car to drive around the island and enjoy sea views and seaside restaurants. Bicycles would be excellent!!

Return visit to this centrally located hotel; ideal for business. Same high quality including bedrooms, comfortable bed, excellent TV, modern bathroom, and nice touch of homemade shortbread. Room service was very good and the breakfast buffet provides plenty of choice. Very good value.

The Club Spa in Jersey has to be one of the best I've ever stayed in. Spent a night here in April 2013, nice modern hotel, very central, room was perfect, comfy bed, breakfast was a bit minimal but enough to keep you going. We used the spa which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a great break in this hotel. we stayed three nights and like all teh comments the bed is very comfortable and cosy. nice touch with the shortbread when you are back from the a day out. we were lucky with the weather too. We will def come back here. What a lovely island!
