My mum and I recently attended a wedding at Castle Leslie and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the time we entered Glaslough Village (which is amazing) we felt like we were being transported back in time to when quality, service and good manners were the norm. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly and... More

I can’t really say enough good things about this place. The only bad thing is that it took me this long to find this gem Attended my friends wedding here last weekend. I stayed in the Lodge for one night. Everything here from the rooms to the food is just amazing, the castle itself (where the reception of the wedding... More

We recently had a fantastic overnight stay in the lodge at Castle Leslie. The room was magnificent, with one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Really enjoyed our spa experience, the spa itself was very peaceful and relaxing, and the massage was excellent in... More

My boyfriend and I just visited Castle Leslie/Glaslough for the first time and I've never been so enchanted by a place. The whole village and estate are from another world, absolutely beautiful. I loved the equestrian theme around the whole lodge. We stayed in the self catering old stable mews, and tried out the horse riding and spa as part... More

It's not a castle and barely over a hundred years old but it has history, fading class and the old laird still in situ. The village of Glaslough is charmingly quaint too but the grounds of the "castle" are extensive with a large lough (lake) and many of the public and bed rooms in the main house have fine views... From the minute you arrive in the beautiful village of Glasslough, you are in another world. The castle grounds are beautifully maintained and there are lots of walks. We had afternoon tea in the castle and were served by a very nice waitress. We stayed in the Lodge in a beautiful room. Dinner in Snaffles restaurant was great as was... More

The grounds are beautiful and great for long walks, food was amazing, service top notch and treatments great too. We stayed in the lodge but went up to the castle to chill out on both days and read books in the stunning old world sitting rooms/ library.
