Just back from a lovely nights stay at this fab 18th century house. Fantastic hosts, highlight has to be the food, which was absolutely delicious. Stayed in the houses at the back, modern clean and quaint. A real treat to wander around this property, you are made feel like it is your own, recommend for group getaways.

Dont look any further, you have found it. Roundwood house is amazing. Set in beautiful countryside, we were made to feel like kinds and queens for our stay. Staff so nice and food delicious. Rooms perfect size and are very clean apart from a few spiders in bathroom. Very nice walks threw the surrounding gardens and even have a swing set for their children but gave us permission to use.

It's a very nice old property, it is in need of an extreme amount of work. Realise this would be very costly, but there are a lot of things that could be done that would not cost of lot but would improve it substantially, e.g. there is a long driveway to the house which is full of large potholes, locks...
