Popped in here for a bite to eat to break road journey and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty, reasonably priced with generous portions. Will return without a doubt.

I stayed here on Monday night, the first night of the re opening of the hotel under new management - I found it very pleasant and enjoyable - a great atmosphere and the staff were very helpful and attentive although predominantly male staff and lacking female presence - would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
