Revisited Iris and Jim (our last visit was eight years ago) and it was exactly as we had remembered - very unusual in my opinion as most places do not normally keep their standards up. This is the ultimate in B&B luxury which knocks spots off so called 5* hotels for its high standards! The welcome you receive from Iris and Jim Fox is beyond compare.
