We really enjoyed our Moat Lodge experience. It was one of the best Bed & Breakfast stays that we had in Ireland: clean, good food, and Wayne and Astrid were friendly proprietors. They did more than expected to make our stay enjoyable. We were at Moat Lodge for four days and three nights, and loved every minute of our visit.

We arrived late (after 23:00) so they left us a key which was easy to find. Room was a bit crowded, but clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good, including both a Continental buffet and cooked breakfast of your choice. The Moat Lodge is a really nice little B&B, slghtly away from Dublin but great for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and well furnished. The breakfasts are awesome! Moat Lodge is a good value place to stay in Dublin. Owners are friendly, helpful and the breakfast makes a good start to the day - very generous.

This is a very pretty B&B in a good location near shops and restaurants. The owner is very efficient and accomodating, the rooms lovely and clean.
