We had a late check in, but we were greeted like a overnight stay at grandma's house. The nite clerk, Sandra was very friendly and polite.Our room was upgraded from being a Priority Rewards member. It was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked.

We had driven most of the day and checked in rather late. The front desk was friendly and cheerful. The rooms were clean and the food was good at breakfast. Just what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I ran in the morning in the fitness room. The TV's attached to the treadmills are hard to figure out.

The staff here was excellent from checkin to leaving. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I especially wish to compliment (I think it is Mary-Joe) who prepares and takes care of the breakfast. The hotel was spotless - no issues at all.
