Stayed on 3/29/2011, our room was clean & comfortable, paid $39.95 plus tax using a coupon and it was well worth it. We told them we had a dog and they gave us a room on the ground floor near some grass that our dog found very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week based on the glowing reviews. It was clean and adequate, but nothing special. If you're traveling with a pet and need a place for one night, it's OK. Rooms are small, no coffee maker, check-in was friendly, bed OK. Not bad, just nothing to warrant all the praise IMHO.

This Red Roof Inn has consistently been one of the cleanest motels I've stayed in when I come to Knoxville. I don't have to call the front desk because something doesn't work or that I'm missing towels, tissue paper, etc. And the staff is always pleasant. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants very close by.

upside: room in god shape, nice carpet, counters, electric outlets easy to get to, great reading lights over bed, pretty contrast paint on walls.
