Located in a filthy section of town. Accompanied restaurant is closed down. Advertised internet accesss does not exist. All towels had stains on them. Hair was found in several areas of the bathroom. Small, cheap TV with broken remote. No coffee/coffee maker, no iron/ironing board. Beds, and pillows were uncomfortable. Interior walls looked like unfinished exterior stucco. Filthy shower. Curtain... More

While we appreciate you taking the time to bring these problems to our attention, this review is nearly 2 years old. Since that time the motel has been completely renovated. This is not a "filthy section of town" - we are located off Interstate 40 in a commercial / residential area between the Knoxville Zoo and the University of Tennessee.... More

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We wanted something reasonable in price for a Football Game weekend. Big mistake ever. You get what you pay for. The room we stayed in smelled like mildew , bathroom was dirty. My kids got bit by spiders that where all over the bed. Pulling the covers back from the... More

After contacting several hotels that were charging over $60, I found this place that charged me less than $40. The guy at the front desk helped me find a place to eat nearby, and gave me extra towels, and supplies when i asked. The employees went above and beyond giving me service and they even extended checkout for me by... More

This hotel is immediately off the exit and is under $40 a night. I booked it using the Red Carpet Inn website 1-800# and was given a king on the ground floor and the girl that made my reservation boasted about there being a restaurant on-site. When I got there the guy behind the counter did not have my reservation... More

This is the most disgusting, sorry excuse for a hotel I have ever been to. If you are thinking about staying here, run away and don't look back!! There was blood splattered all over the bed (see attached picture!), cobwebs everywhere, the towels were completely stained, grime in the tub.... I could go on and on. Just say no.

It was horrible. The motel is run down. When I asked the obnoxious guy at the front desk -if the property was safe he told me if I didn't feel safe to leave and if I didn't like it there I should go somewhere else! I was exhausted and it was late but in retrospect I should have taken his... More
