Had to stay in a hotel while our central air unit was being replaced.The tub was moldy, tiles coming loose. Floors dirty. Chemical odor. The floors felt damp, bedding also was damp. Air conditioner cover was broken. Our microwave was ancient and did not heat well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the welcome, to the check in, from the cleaning crew, from the breakfast unexpected first class service from a 2.5 star lodging. Would definitely visit this location again and again. Just a hop skip and a jump from UTK, yet far away from the crowd.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Easy access right off the interstate. Pets feel at home and nice area for taking them out.

The room was clean. Everything worked. The breakfast was adequate. There were lots of dogs, but no noise. Good value for the price!

We stayed at this La Quinta on our way back from Florida. It is just off I-75 and there are lots of choices to eat nearby as well as some shopping. Staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good. Rooms are recently renovated and clean. Lots of parking and felt safe.

We stay at La Quinta's because they are dog friendly. Even our dog didn't want to stay here. It was old, run down, outdoor corridors, poor quality fixtures, with a very limited poor quality breakfast.
