Stayed here for 4 nights and the hotel is a gem...I am from Boston (Go Red Sawx!) and I felt right at home. Melissa at the front desk was an absolute doll-extremely helpful, pleasant, and hospitable. I have been to some hotels where the people were real chowdah heads. Not the case here at the Holiday Inn on Cedar Bluff....

King Bed was comfortable. Mattress was nice & soft. Lots of pillows. Pull-out coach was in average comfort condition. Seems like an older coach from the 90's. Everything else was up-to-date. This Holiday Inn is one of the better specimens of the chain. The staff is warm and welcoming and very efficient. It's obvious that the hotel is under rennovation, however it does not interfere with a comfortable stay!
