Hotel is right off the expressway which is convenient and although the rooms are quiet you do hear the traffic if you're trying to relax in the pool area. The room was clean but small and there were issues with the bathroom lighting and shower head. The overall layout of room could be improved such as the coffee maker was on a low table which made it difficult to operate.

Just stayed here for the second time on May 3. The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly! Our room was much larger than expected. Also, the Hampton beds are VERY comfortable! I will definitely stay again when overnighting in Knoxville.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. I enjoyed the fitness center and had WiFi available. I have had better breakfasts, but there was generally a good selection of foods.
