Good location for my business meetings. Although the age of the property was not known, it appeared to be fresh and new. The room was bright, the furnishings comfortable and the digital flat screen with Comcast cable a welcome change from the standard tv in room offerings

My hubby took me here for a over night stay just to relax and de-stress from a hard week and it was extra clean. Beds adjustable for firmness. We ask for a late checkout and they gave us 2pm, no extra charge. Really nice place, highly recommend... Quite location, Carrabba's within walking distance which is a plus...

Easy in. Easy out. Close to good restaurants and shopping. This location is easily accessible to I-40, and a good place to stay for business travel. There is also an Outback Steakhouse that is walking distance to this hotel. I have stayed here several times and have had consistently good service.

Most HGI stays have been at least very good if not excellent, and, this one is no exception. Nice bed, A/C operation. Enjoyed the typical great breakfast HGI's are known for. Highly recommended and will stay again.

I have stayed at this HGI twice now, and both stays were lacking somewhat. The first stay I had a room that the cable didn't work in...so I had no Television to watch. Hotel was "average". Parking OK. Noise level (room 340 faced a restaurant") was challenging. Also, room did not seem to have adequate sound insulation between rooms. Location was great, service was good, rooms clean, internet OK, Lobby area nice, fitness room OK but small (no free weights) but has 2 treadmills and other cardio equipment.

No person to carry bags in, staff was unfriendly, heard running water in walls all night, jacuzzi too small, no breakfast with expensive room, staff never asked how stay was, nothing good on 1000 TV channels, curtains would not close - no privacy.
