Hotel was nice and clean. The free breakfast was very nice, loved the waffles that you make yourself. Coffee was tasty, they had 3 kinds of juices. The staff was helpful with things to do nearby and places to eat. The bed was comfier than the sleep number we stayed in at another hotel and I didn't wake up sore!... More

As far as this level of hotel, Country Inn and Suites is very good. Nice rooms, very clean, good size, etc.... The facilities are also very good - nice indoor pool, right off the highway, etc... But by far the winner in this hotel is the staff, who may be the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in a... More

I love staying with Country Inns and Suites and this time was no exception. This hotel is super clean and quiet. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The indoor pool and breakfast in the morning was a hit. The staff was beyond friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed in a room with a suite. We found the suite to be very spacious with the necessary items such as frig & microwave & flatscreen TV, as well as free wifi. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as all of the bedding (pillows, duvet, sheets). The staff were very personable and helpful as well. We were very... More

No hot water two mornings in a row. The jacuzzi wasn't even hot, and fits maybe 4 skinny adults. The indoor pool is tiny and 4 feet deep and you cross it with 3 arm crawl strokes. The hallways are loud in the mornings. Hardwood floors in suite are loud when trying not to wake your mate. The toilet is... More

Oh goodness! I am so sorry you had such a horrible experience in our hotel. Please accept my apologies for your dissatisfaction! Since your suite was paid for by the local comedy club, I have contacted the manager and credited, in full, the $35 nightly rate they paid for your suite. (The suite was a complimentary upgrade requested by the... More

This hotel was absolutely fabulous in every way. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. Plus, the place is extremely clean. You've got washers/dryers on every floor; good breakfast included; nice indoor pool and hot tub. And when I explained my daughter wasn't feeling well they found me a place with soup and printed directions so I could run get her... More

My wife and spent a night here recently. Very nice-especially the staff. Front desk, maids, kitchen help, custodians-everyone was genuinely friendly. Amazingly, all of them spoke perfect english. Room very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
