This hotel is convenient to downtown and UT. The hotel is well-maintained and is in a safe area. The hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This is my hotel of choice in the Knoxville area. I usually stay here three nights a month and have not had a bad experience.

Having stayed here before was pleased to stay here again. Very clean,nice rooms,staff wonderful from front desk to housekeeping.Nice breakfast included. Greeted immediately and speedy check in. Room was super clean, bed and pillows were like being at home....just right. Ours was only a one night stay, but was very enjoyable. Breakfast was standard Hampton, very good and super clean breakfast area.

We arrived to find only one room left. Have stayed this property off Strawberry Plains Road many times. It continues to impress. Rooms are clean, updated with comfortable beds. It is only 5 years old and they plan to upgrade it next year. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Based on reviews, I decided to stay here for an overnight on our way to D.C. Good decision. Fast, efficient checkin. Comfortable room, good breakfast buffet that was clean and well stocked. Also, comfortable beds and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
