I am a Platinum Marriott rewards member and stay primarily in Marriott properties, the points add up. I stayed in this hotel after staying in the nearby SpringHill Suites looking for the homey touches that most Residence Inns provide. I was let down by the quality of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff though. Overall points: -Great outdoors... More

Dear Guest, I reviewed your comments regarding your stay at the Residence Inn Knoxville. We do take all comments seriously and appreciate your feedback. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the outdoor space. It was part of a renovation the hotel completed recently. The entire hotel was gutted and re-done which included all new stainless steel appliances. As... More

An excellent choice for an extended stay with no aggravation or surprises. Lots of very good moderately priced restuarants nearby. Easy access to all the expressways but tucked away in a low traffic area. Breakfast has an above average selection of options and the staff is very helpful. Coffee is very average but typical of hotel fare.

Travelling for business and staying for over a week, I appreciated this hotel a lot. The large rooms with kitchen and the relaxed yet efficient service was very pleasant. Breakfast selection was - for my continental Euopean taste - not extraordinary but very good. If you don't drink coffee. But since we knew where the next Starbucks was, that was... More

This is a typical Residence Inn, like a small apartment. Free breakfast, dinners (M-W), cookies and Internet are great for the price. We had a 2 bedroom which worked very well for meeting with my 20 something daughter. The staff is very friendly. Negatives: really close to highway and the noise penetrates the walls. we have a fireplace but it... More

We recently had stayed two different nights. The suite was great. We really enjoyed having the kitchen available in the room. We also took advantage of the takeout taxi food delivery, which was great. I have enjoyed all my recent stays at Marriott.

This RI has been updated to the new RI room settings. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. This hotel can be very busy so the earlier that you arrive the better chance that you can get the room of your choice. It is right beside I-40/I-75 so that could be a problem if you wind up with your room... More

This is perhaps the best run and best managed Residence Inn in the chain, and certainly the most helpful. The staff is great, and the service is super. Even the breakfast is a treat. The location is central to the West Knoxville area including Turkey Creek, and West Town.

We stayed here for just a few nights as a stop on a cross-country road trip and had an enjoyable stay. The hallways and elevator have a bit of a dated feel to them but once we stepped inside our room it was spacious, clean, comfortable and stylishly updated. The bright colors and little decorative touches make for a very... More
