“New, Clean, Excellent Service, Better than average Breakfast”

This hotel was right off Interstate 40, convenient to restaurants. Very clean, much better than the average HIEX. In room coffee pot with single serve cups. Spacious room, great beds. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet had almost everything. Would highly recommend. More

My son goes to college in Jackson, so I've stayed in different hotels in this town 5-6 times over the last 2 years. I'm now back at the Holiday Inn Express for the second time. Fairly new property that has been well maintained. Service was superb and Cynthia at front desk was very helpful and provided us a warm welcome. She is a great ambassador for the hotel and the city of Jackson. We are Priority Club members and have stayed a numerous Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Expresses. This ranks at the very top... More

We stayed here on a cross country trip from CA to Va. This was the best hotel by far! Brand new, clean, fantastic beds, but the best part was the service. This hotel is fairly new. The hallways are wide and the rooms are well designed. All staff were friendly and helpful. The local computer network meshed well with my laptop. This is a newer hotel and is very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and everything from the breakfast to checking in and out was done effortlessly. Would stay again if driving thru or staying in the area. More
