As a surprise, I drove my boyfriend out to spend the day at Lynchburg and because he misses the farm back home in WI, I chose the Old Dr. Cox Farm B&B. We were so happy with the farm, we can't wait to go back again. It was warm, cozy, relaxing and comfortable. The couple who runs the farm are... More

I was only looking for a place to crash after spending the day at the Jack Daniel's Distillery, but what I found was a little piece of heaven just a few minutes from Lynchburg. The couple who run the B&B are two of the sweetest people you'll meet. They were incredibly welcoming to me upon arrival, and perfectly respectful in... More

My fiance is a longtime fan of Jack Daniels, so for his birthday we traveled to the distillery to take the tour. After reading reviews on this site, I chose The Old Dr. Cox Farm Bed and Breakfast. The reviews are all completely accurate. This working farm produces some of the most amazing breakfasts, preserves, and salsa that you will... More

Our recent trip to southern Tennessee was made especially wonderful by choosing this original warm and personel B&B. Our hosts, John and Paula, exhibited the kindest hospitality I've experienced in all my years of travel. They greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm as if we were long-lost relatives. Our family felt very comfortable staying there and in all honesty it... More

If you are looking for a piece of heaven in the Tennessee hills, look no further than this Bed and Breakfast, tucked away in the rolling countryside outside of Lynchburg, Tennessee. My husband and I traveled to Lynchburg and opted to stay the night at a Bed and Breakfast instead of a hotel. There aren't many hotel options in this... More

My husband and I came up from Atlanta to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery (totally worth it) and I thought it would be more fun to try a local B&B than one of the over touristy nearby hotels. What good luck it was that we chose the Old Dr. Cox Farm B&B! The private house sits on 80 pastoral acres... More

Our stay at The Dr. Cox Farm B&B was very relaxing and had a most comfortable bed. The owners John and Paula were very hospitable and we enjoyed pleasant conversations with both of them at the breakfast table with a different menu every day. The tasty and original breakfasts were expertly prepared. The owners also added pickled okra, pear, peach... More

John and Paula are gracious and personable hosts, opening their home and hearts to their guests. Conversation was easy and friendly as though we had known each other for years. The breakfast was AMAZING and the house/grounds are beautiful. Thank you John and Paula for taking such good care of us~ More

As others have stated, this was the most comfortable bed we slept in during our vacation. John and Paula were most gracious and we really enjoyed talking with them. Breakfast was delicious. We didn't eat again until dinner and were given a pint of yummy pickled okra to take home. Started our diet after the visit so I can fit... More

I travelled there recently with my girlfriend, and we thought it was absolutely fantastic. The couple who run it were extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious and cosy. When we woke up they had breakfast cooking for us, which was delicious. We will definitely go back if and when we go back to Lynchburg, TN. More
