Recently acquired from another hotel chain & is under renovations. Our room was freshly painted, but shabby. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Broken tiles, no stopper in the sink, the tub was filthy, had bugs in it and didn't drain. Bedding was worn. Wait until all renovations are done before considering this hotel & ask to see the room...

Traveling from Memphis to Chattanooga we stopped overnight. Good choice. Friendly staff, clean and large room, quiet location, restaurants reasonably close by. Would stay again.

I stayed there last night. Everything appeared ok when we checked in. The room appeared clean. When I got up this morning, I saw a roach crawling on the nightstand, then found 2 more in the bathroom. Stay somewhere else!

I had booked a room here and although I am in a wheelchair I can usually navigate most rooms. This hotel has a small step going into each room so I was stuck. They phoned another hotel and managed to get me the same low rate that they had offered me. What a classy thing to do. We didn't end...
