I stayed in this hotel when I was near Dyersburg. The staff was very friendly to during check in and check out, the breakfast was okay, but I enjoyed the swimming pool and the friendly staff the most.

At $ 74.58 this may be priced just about right. It's nothing special by a long shot but it is clean and the rooms are a decent size.

Upstairs rooms have Kings with Sleeper Sofas--downstairs has double beds. Rooms were sufficient and clean. Rates were average for amenties offerred. Location is ideal just south of the interstate with a Walmart, Walgreens and Kroger all within eyeshot of the motel.

Lobby and breakfast area fine; but rooms need updating. Cleanliness OK; but needs more attention to detail. Bathrooms worn.
