We stayed here after a Priceline bid was accepted. It was great! The room was well appointed and comfortable. Our daughter loved the glass elevators that overlook downtown Chattanooga. The staff was wonderful....courteous and very helpful. Salads and steak from room service were good. My recommendation to management is to hire a professional cleaning service to go over every inch of the hotel...not being maintained the way it should be. Did not like the pillows.
