My husband and I came down in October to see Rock City for the 2nd time around we were fond of the Baymont but unknowingly everyone in the area was booked so we stayed her for 2 nights and the beds were comfortable the staff was very nice and accomidating to us and the rooms were clean and free of critters, my only complaint would be maybe a better breakfast other than that it's a decent priced very nice place to stay! Thanks for making our trip comfortable ! More

We just wanted a nice, little quiet vacation away from home for a few days. I spent seneral hours online trying to find the best deal on a hotel with the ammenities we wanted. On the internet this seemed to be the best hotel for us. We got there and boy was it just about the exact opposite of what we wanted! Not in a good area of town, told us 2 different prices, almost none of the ammenities that were supposed to be offered. Small rooms, no air conditioning that worked, no special family rooms(which were advertised), etc! We spent most of the day trying to find another hotel to stay in, and they would not refund our money. Rude customer service, rude management, not helpful, etc. Do not stay here unless you want your vacation to be ruined! More
