The exterior and hallways could use a good cleaning but that was all we found that could be improved. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Once inside the guestroom everything was clean and comfortable. Nice size bathroom and the beds were great. The kids loved the big warm pool! Will stay again next trip to Chattanooga.
When I read these other reviews, I was very worried. I'm not sure why people said this was an unsafe industrial area? We didnt have any issues or feel unsafe at all. It is located near the highway, and certainly not in the suburbs. But I think industrial is a bit of an exaggeration.

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this facility. The place is filthy, the carpets, both in the halls and the room, were stained, the smell was less than desirable, and the area looks sketchy and maybe even unsafe. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

This place rocks if you are traveling with a pet. There is a large fenced in area where dogs can be let off lease to run and doggy bags for dealing with their business. Location is convenient to downtown and places of interest and the staff is Southern hospitality at its best.
