Bum's all over the place ,wasnt told pool was closed. dirty overbilled for a extra day . no water when we woke up .omg it was like the vacation from h--l . we left chattanooga 3 days early after that !!! i would rather work or do nothing . there isnt a score low enough for this place .

Hotel advertises 100% smoke free and satisfaction guaranteed. This is a joke!! Mgmt had no rooms to move us to and would not give complete refund. Very disappointing. Hotel also at very dangerous intersection. Almost hit by diver exiting I-24. Will never stay here again.

This Comfort Suites looked way better online. We booked it online as we were traveling. The hotel is very dated and dirty. Rooms were older and just felt dirty.
