The front desk staff was great. Very freindly, almost like visiting your favorite cousin! Very reasonable rates also. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that there was no wifi in the room as I expected, but was availible in the lounge area.

Tamara at the desk was a joy. Very helpful, went out of her way to be sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very quiet, considering how close we were to I81. Strong shower in the room. Easy to get to the hotel from the highway.

Stayed on the way to National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough. Decoration was lovely, room was clean, and the staff was friendly and so helpful! Sent us to Stan's BarBQ for dinner in Greeneville. It was worth the drive. Stan waited on us himself. We look forward to staying there again when going through the area.
