I had a 5 night stay in this hotel and everything was fine. The rooms were clean the serve yourself breakfast was very good with a lot of selections.

Brentwood Suites is an independently owned hotel and it is absolutely fabulous. My favortie place to stay in the Brentwood/Cool Springs/Franklin area. It's a little older but clean and quaint. It's in a more residental area so it's very quiet. Booked this for a two night stay for business. Room was spacious, with a sitting/work area and a little kitchenette, with nice touches like free bottled water. Wi-fi was FAST (not always the case in hotels) and the linens were fresh and spotless. Overall, the place is immaculate (even though it is under renovation right now) and the staff friendly.... More

When we got off the elevator, the hall smelled fresh and clean, not musty like other hotels I've been in. Room was very clean. It was great to have a couch. Staff was friendly.
