I do like rustic cabins, and prefer spending my money at locally owned places over a hotel anytime! My husband commented that the cabin could have been cleaner, but the beds were very comfortable and Spearfish canyon is beautiful. We usually camp, but upgraded on our way to Yellowstone and stopped here for a night. This is the perfect place... More

I am so glad that I found this place! The Spruce & Pine cabins sit up high & hang over the edge of the cliff... we stayed in the Spruce. They also have other cabins that are lower & down next to the river. Our cabin was sitting up in the trees... overlooking the Spearfish river & highway that runs... More
