Our family stays in Sioux Falls once a year during the Kingswood rummage sales. This year was our first year to stay at the Ramada. The price was decent; the property was clean; Shannon provided excellent customer service; the breakfast was enjoyable as well as the pool/jacuzzi. Great job!

The staff was very friendly which was the only plus. We picked this property due to it having a business center and a work out room. The business center was out of order and the workout room was broken down and sad. The treadmill was taped together. The entire property looked run down. Our room was okay; but very loud.... More

This Ramada is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in!! Nice breakfat as well. Only on complaint. The first night we stayed the hot tub was almost to hot to use the second night it was so cold. As was the pool. It was located by a concrete plant which made sleeping in alittle difficult.

We had no power due to the ice storm in sioux falls. all hotels were booked but got a room here and we got to bring our dog which helped out a lot! Employees were very nice! Thanks for being there when we needed you the most!

We had to go to the Ramada because we had no electricity for 2 days. The employees were AWESOME! They were friendly and super helpful. The quality of the rooms stunk though. The toilet didn't work right, there was gum stuck to the ceiling, and in the room next to me the people found toenails that had been pulled out... More
